Check Strap - Door - Rear - LH - Remove And Replace: Remove
- Remove the rear LH door glass. See GLASS - DOOR - LH - REAR (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
- Remove the LH rear window motor/regulator assembly. See WINDOW MOTOR/REGULATOR ASSEMBLY - REAR - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
- Remove the bolt that attaches the LH front door check strap to the body.
24 N.m (17.7 ft-lbs)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- T40 socket
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
- Remove the nuts that attach the LH rear door check strap to the door assembly, and then remove the check strap from the door assembly.
10 N.m (7.4 ft-lbs)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm deep socket
- 4 in extension
