Tuner - FM/HD - Remove And Replace: Remove
- Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
- Open the liftgate.
- Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear - Remove And Replace .
- If the vehicle is equipped with HEPA filters, remove the HEPA filter assembly. See Assembly - Filter - HEPA - Remove And Install .
- Disconnect 12V/LV power. See 12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect) .
- Remove the liftgate upper trim. See Trim - Upper - Liftgate (Remove and Replace) .
- Remove the liftgate lower trim. See Trim - Liftgate - Lower (Remove and Replace) .
- Disconnect the radio tuner electrical connectors (x2).
- Remove the bolts (x3) that attach the radio tuner to the liftgate assembly, and then remove the tuner from the vehicle.
8 N.m (5.9 ft-lbs)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm deep socket
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
