Hose - Drain - Cowl Screen - Remove And Replace: Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle on a 2-post lift Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift .
  2. Remove the rear underhood apron UNDERHOOD APRON - CENTER - REAR (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  3. Remove the LH and RH underhood aprons UNDERHOOD APRON - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  4. Remove the underhood storage unit Underhood Storage Unit (Remove And Replace) .
  5. Remove the HEPA filter housing Housing - Filter (Remove And Replace) .
  6. Release the hose clamp that attaches the cowl screen drain hose to the cowl, and then move the hose aside.

  7. Remove the front aero shield PANEL - AERO SHIELD - FRONT (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  8. Remove the clip that attaches the cowl screen drain hose to the front subframe assembly.

  9. Remove the cowl screen drain hose from the vehicle by pulling it straight down.
    NOTE: It might be necessary to twist the cowl screen drain hose while removing it from the vehicle.
