- Remove the upper rear door glass DOOR GLASS - REAR - UPPER - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
- Remove the front (x2) and rear (x2) screws that secure the ends of the LH rear door cantrail seal to the LH rear door (torque 3.5 N.m).
NOTE:

- Loosen, but do not remove, the outer nuts that secure the seal to the rear door (torque 5 N.m).
NOTE:
Do not remove the seal at this time.

- Move the rear door to a position that allows the remainder of the seal nuts to be accessible.
- Loosen, but do not remove, the outer nuts that secure the seal to the rear door (torque 5 N.m).
NOTE:
Do not remove the seal at this time.

- Step outside the vehicle and partially close the rear door.
- From outside of the vehicle, remove the seal from the vehicle.

Open the rear door slightly to aid with the removal of the seal from the vehicle.
