Cable - Flex Drive - Long - Front Seat Motor - Remove And Replace: Removal
- Prepare a padded area to place the seat when it is removed from the vehicle.
- Remove the front seat assembly Seat Assembly - 1st Row - LH (Remove and Install) and place it upside down onto the padded surface.
- Cut the cable tie that secures the front inner track cover, then remove the front inner track cover from the seat.

- Remove the rear inner track cover.

- Use a pick or similar tool to release the soft rear lower cover from the seat.

- Disconnect the harnesses from the seat memory module and puddle lamp.

- Release the fasteners that secure the tracks to the seat (torque 28 N.m).

- Remove the tracks and seat motor bracket together as an assembly.

- Release the fastener that secures the RH track to the motor bracket (torque 2.2 N.m).

- Remove the long flex drive cable from the motor.
