60/40 Seat Switch - 2nd Row - LH - Remove and Replace: Remove & Replace

  1. Using MCU, open all doors

  2. Remove outer Escutcheon from the seat back

  3. Fold down 60 seat

  4. Release rear toe kick from 60 seat assembly
    NOTE: 6x J-hooks, Release lower outer two to expose inner 4 clips

  5. Release the J-hook securing the seat trim together
    NOTE: 1x J-hook
  6. Unzip the seat back trim
    NOTE: 2x zippers
  7. Flip seat trim over

  8. Remove the hard plastic seat back from the frame
    NOTE: 11x clips
  9. Remove the switch from the escutcheon house by pressing the tabs in to release the switch
    NOTE: 2x tabs

  10. Disconnect switch
    NOTE: 1x connector

  11. Connect the switch
    NOTE: 1x connector
  12. Install switch in to the escutcheon housing
  13. Install the hard plastic seat back to the frame
    NOTE: 11x clips

  14. Flip seat trim over the seat
  15. Zip up the seat back over
    NOTE: 2x zippers
  16. Connect the J-hook on the seat back trim
    NOTE: 1x J-hook
  17. Secure toe kick to 60 seat assembly
    NOTE: 6x J-hooks, Secure inner 4 clips, then lower outer 2

  18. Unfold the 60 seat assembly

  19. Remove outer Escutcheon from the seat back
  20. Using MCU close all doors
