Recliner Cable - 2nd Row - RH (With 2nd Row Bench Seats) - Remove And Replace: Removal
- Remove the 2nd row RH bench seat. See SEAT ASSEMBLY - 2ND ROW - RH (WITH 2ND ROW BENCH SEATS) (REMOVE AND INSTALL)
- Unfold the seat assembly.
- Push the outer side of the RH seat cushion inward and loosen the spring clip of the seat assembly release handle, and then remove the release handle.

- Release the push clip at the front of the outer side seat trim and loosen the bolt at the rear (torque 2.5 N.m), and then remove the outer side trim.

- Loosen the bolt (torque 45 N.m) of the RH seat belt, and then remove the seat belt from the RH seat.
- Loosen the J-hooks (x2) that attach the rear lower seat cover to the seat, and then release the lower cover.

- Loosen the J-hooks (x7) that attach the upholstery to the underside of the bench seat.

- Lay the RH seat bench on it's back.
- Lift the seat cushion from the outer side.
- Remove the screw (torque 0.3 N.m) and bolts (x2) (torque 0.5 N.m) that attach the recliner box cable assembly to the seat frame, and then remove the recliner box cable assembly.

- Open all cable clips that attach the recliner cable to the frame, and then remove the recliner cable from the cable clips.
- Remove the cable ties from the seat recliner splitter box, and then open the splitter box lid.

- Remove the upper recliner cable from the inside of the seat recliner splitter box.

- Loosen the tabs (x4) of the seat recliner cable assembly, and then open the cable assembly on the gear actuator side.

- Remove the Z-shaped cable from the gear actuator.
