Antenna Amplifier - AM/FM And RKE - Remove And Replace: Removal

  1. Remove the LH liftgate side trim Trim - Liftgate - Side - LH (Remove And Replace) .
  2. Remove the screw that secures the antenna amplifier to the liftgate (torque 8 N.m).

  3. Disconnect both electrical connectors from the antenna amplifier.

  4. Release the clip that secures the antenna amplifier to the liftgate.
  5. Carefully release the antenna amplifier lead from the glass connectors (x2).

  6. Release the adhesive strip that secures the antenna amplifier to the liftgate glazing.
  7. Remove the antenna amplifier from the vehicle.
