Harness - Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH - (With 2nd Row Bench Seat) - Remove and Replace: Remove

  1. Remove the LH second row seat bench. See SEAT ASSEMBLY - 2ND ROW - LH (WITH 2ND ROW BENCH SEATS) (REMOVE AND INSTALL) .
  2. Remove the screws (x3) that attach the RH riser outer cover to the RH riser.
    • Top screw - 4 N.m (3 ft-lbs)
    • Bottom screws - 2 N.m (1.5 ft-lbs)

  3. Remove the screw that attaches the RH riser inner cover to the RH riser.

    4 N.m (2.9 ft-lbs)

  4. Release the clips (x2) that attach the outer riser cover to the inner riser cover, and then remove the covers from the RH riser.

  5. Remove LH seat wiring harness out of its guiding bracket.

  6. Disconnect the LH seat track position sensor.

  7. Release the clip that attaches the seat harness to the middle frame section.

  8. Remove the LH seat lower foot trim cover.
    NOTE: 1x J-hook

  9. Disconnect the LH seat inner cable release motor connector.

  10. Release the clip that attaches the LH seat harness to the center section of the frame.

  11. Disconnect the LH seat center buckle sensor.

  12. Release the clip that attaches the LH seat harness to the center section of the frame.

  13. Disconnect the LH seat controller module connectors.

  14. Disconnect LH seat outer cable release motor connector.

  15. Disconnect the LH seat outer occupancy sensor connector.

  16. Release the clip that attaches the LH seat harness to the outer frame section.

  17. Disconnect the LH seat outer seat airbag connector.

  18. Disconnect the LH seat outer buckle sensor connector.

  19. Slide the LH seat harness through the seat outer riser.

  20. Disconnect the LH seat inner side airbag, occupancy sensor and cable release motor connectors.

  21. Release the clip that attaches the LH seat harness to the inner upper side.

  22. Remove the LH seat back - back board. See BACK BOARD - SEAT BACK - 2ND ROW - LH (BENCH SEAT) .
  23. Disconnect the connector of the inner easy entry micro switch for the LH seat recliner.

  24. Release the clip that attaches the LH seat harness to the rear side of the seat frame.

  25. Disconnect the connector of the LH seat center heat pad.

  26. Disconnect the connector of the LH seat outer heat pad.

  27. Release the clips (x3) that attach the LH seat harness to the rear side of the seat frame.

  28. Disconnect the connectors of the LH seat outer side curtain airbag and the outer pretensioner.

  29. Disconnect the connector of the LH seat easy entry switch.

  30. Disconnect the connector of the outer easy entry micro switch for the LH seat recliner.

  32. Remove LH seat main harness.
