Light - Fog - Front - LH - Remove And Replace: Removal

  1. Remove the LH front wheel, see WHEEL (REMOVE AND INSTALL) .
    NOTE: Use a 2-pole lift or a floor jack with jack stand.
  2. Remove the clips (x7) and nut (torque 6 N.m) that attach the front portion of the wheel arch liner to the wheel arch, and then move the front part of the wheel liner towards the rear of the vehicle for access.

  3. Disconnect the turn/fog light electrical connector.

  4. If equipped, remove the bolt (torque 6 N.m) that attaches the wheelhouse air duct to the LH front turn/fog light assembly.

  5. Release the clips (x2) that attach the front fascia harness to the LH wheelhouse air duct.

  6. Release the LH wheelhouse air duct from the LH front fender garnish, and then remove the LH wheelhouse air duct from the vehicle.
    NOTE: Take care not to damage the parking sensor harness,

  7. Release the clips (x2) that attach the front fascia harness to the front turn/fog light assembly.

  8. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the top of the turn/fog light assembly to the front fascia (torque 2.5 N.m).

  9. Release the screws (x2) that attach the base of the turn/fog light assembly to the front fascia (torque 2 N.m).

  10. Remove the LH turn/fog light assembly from the vehicle.
