Headlight Assembly - LH - Remove And Replace: Removal

  1. Remove the underhood storage unit Underhood Storage Unit (Remove And Replace) .
  2. Remove the front fascia Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove And Install) .
  3. Remove the bolts (x2) that secure the base of the headlight to the bracket (torque 4.7 N.m).

  4. Remove the bolts (x2) that secure the top of the headlight to the bracket (torque 4.7 N.m).

  5. Disconnect the harness from the rear of the headlight.

  6. Remove the headlight from the vehicle. Place the headlight on a soft, clean surface.
  7. Remove the inner bracket from the headlight BRACKET - HEADLIGHT - INNER - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  8. Remove the outer bracket from the headlight BRACKET - HEADLIGHT - OUTER - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .


  1. Remove the underhood storage unit. See UNDERHOOD STORAGE UNIT (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  2. Remove the front fascia. See FASCIA ASSEMBLY - FRONT (REMOVE AND INSTALL) .
  3. Remove the bolts (x2) that secure the base of the LH headlight assembly to the front end carrier (torque 4.7 N.m).

  4. Remove the bolts (x2) that secure the top of the LH headlight assembly to the front end carrier (torque 4.7 N.m).

  5. Disconnect the harness from the rear of the LH headlight assembly.

  6. Remove the LH headlight assembly from the vehicle.
