Retainer - Sill - Front - LH - Remove And Replace: Removal

Remove the HV Battery HV Battery (AWD) (Remove And Install) .
Remove the front LH wheel arch liner Wheel Arch Liner - Front - LH (Remove And Replace) .
Drill out the rivets (x3) that secure the sill retainer to the frame rail.
WARNING: Wear protective eyewear and hearing protection when drilling.

Working from the front wheel well, slide the sill retainer out from the frame rail.
Tip: Use a screwdriver to push up on the sill retainer from the bolt holes if the sill retainer is snagged on the frame rail.

Discard the barrel nuts.
