Trim - Dash - Driver's Side - Lower - Remove And Replace: Removal

  1. Open the driver's door.
  2. Move the steering wheel fully downwards and away from the instrument panel.
  3. Remove the instrument panel side cover ASSEMBLY - INSTRUMENT PANEL SIDE COVER - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  4. Wear protective gloves before continuing to the next step.
    WARNING: Protective gloves must be worn to avoid personal injury while removing the lower dash trim.
  5. Using a suitable tool, release the clips that secure the lower dash trim.
    CAUTION: Take care not to damage component(s).

  6. Remove the lower dash trim from the vehicle.
