Assembly - Mesh Grille - Defrost - Remove And Replace: Remove

Remove the top pad ASSEMBLY - TOP PAD - INSTRUMENT PANEL (REMOVE AND INSTALL) .
Remove the A-Pillar upper trim panel Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove And Install) .
On each side of the vehicle, release the bolt that secures the grille to the IP carrier (torque 2.3 N.m).

Release the clips (x10) that secure the mesh grille to the IP carrier, but do not fully remove the grille at this time.

On each side of the vehicle, release the A-pillar harness from the underside of the grille.

Slightly lift up the rear of the grille, pull it towards the rear of the vehicle, then lift it straight up to remove it.
