- Use IPA wipes to clean the urethane path.

- Apply Betaprime 5504G to the urethane path on the encapsulated glass and LH quarter panel brightwork.
NOTE:
The Betaprime dries in two minutes in temperatures 20°F (-7°C) and above, and in just10 minutes between 0°F (-18°C) and 20°F (-7°C).

- Remove the masking tape from the body.

- Prepare the caulking gun and urethane.

The opening must be ~3.5mm wide and ~1.5mm tall.

- Apply urethane to the quarter glass seal following the original path.

- Position the LH quarter panel brightwork onto the vehicle, and then press firmly on the trim to make sure it is fully seated.

- Use masking tape to secure the brightwork.

- Install the LH upper brightwork. See Brightwork - Upper - LH - Remove and Replace .
- Close the liftgate.
- Remove the tape after curing.
NOTE:
Allow minimum of one hour of cure time. Wipe off any residue.
