Hinge - Door - Rear - Lower - LH - Remove and Replace: Remove

  1. Open the LH front and door and lower the LH front and rear windows.
  2. Apply tape to the rear door to mark the lower hinge location.

  3. Apply tape to the body to mark the rear lower hinge location.

  4. Use a jack to support the LH rear door from the bottom.
    NOTE: Make sure to use soft material to protect the painted surface.
  5. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the lower door hinge to the LH rear door.
  6. Remove the nuts (x2) that attach the rear lower door hinge to the body, and then remove the LH rear lower door hinge from the vehicle.
    NOTE: Support the door hinge to make sure it does not fall in the door jam.
