Hinge - Door - Rear - Lower - LH - Remove and Replace: Install
- Align the new lower hinge with the applied tape on the body, and then install the nuts that attach the lower door hinge to body hand tight.
- Align the new lower hinge with the applied tape on the LH rear door, and then install the bolts that attach the lower hinge to the LH rear door hand tight.
- Close the LH front and rear doors, and then check for gap and flushness. Adjust if necessary.
- Tighten the bolts (x2) and nuts (x2) that attach the LH rear door lower hinge to the door and the body.

- Remove the tape from the LH body side and the LH rear door.
- Clean the hinge bolts with IPA.NOTE: Allow 1 minute dry time
- Apply touch up paint to bolt heads if necessary, and then allow paint to dry.
- Raise both LH windows and close both LH doors.
