Pinch Sensor - Liftgate - LH - Remove and Replace: Removal

  1. Remove the liftgate upper finisher. See FINISHER - LIFTGATE - REAR WINDOW - UPPER - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  2. Remove the liftgate LH and RH side finisher. See FINISHER - LIFTGATE - REAR WINDOW - SIDE - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  3. Remove the liftgate lower finisher. See FINISHER - LIFTGATE - REAR WINDOW - LOWER - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  4. Disconnect the LH liftgate pinch sensor from the electrical harness connector.

  5. Release the clips (x6) that attach the LH liftgate pinch sensor to the liftgate.

  6. Remove the LH liftgate pinch sensor harness grommet from the liftgate, and then move the LH liftgate pinch sensor harness out of the liftgate.

  7. Remove the LH liftgate pinch sensor from the liftgate.
