Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative (-) cable from battery.
  2. Drain coolant. See COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING .
  3. Remove water pump. See WATER PUMP REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
  4. Remove tensioner (1).
