Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner: Installation

Reference: ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT TENSIONER AND IDLER PULLEY INSPECTION 

Reverse removal procedure noting the following.

• Refill cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM REFILLING .
• Verify that there is no coolant leakage at each connection. See ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM INSPECTION .
• Tighten tensioner bolts to specified torque.

  Tightening torque 

  Tensioner bolt (a): 25 N.m (2.5 kg-m, 18.5 lbf-ft)
