Rear Brake Hose and Pipe Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Hoist vehicle and remove rear wheel referring to WHEEL (WITH TIRE) REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Clean dirt and foreign material from both flexible hose end and pipe end fittings.
  3. Drain brake fluid in reservoir.
  4. Remove fuel tank from vehicle referring to FUEL TANK REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  5. Remove brake flexible hose or pipe.
