Idler Pulley: Installation

Reference: ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT TENSIONER AND IDLER PULLEY INSPECTION 

Reverse removal procedure noting the following.

• Tighten idler pulley bolt and nuts to specified torque.

  Tightening torque 

  Idler pulley bolt (b): 40 N.m (4.1 kg-m, 29.5 lbf-ft) 

  Idler pulley nut (c): 40 N.m (4.1 kg-m, 29.5 lbf-ft)
