DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE

1	CHECK IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM ANTENNA AMP. INSTALLATION Check immobilizer system antenna amp. installation. Refer to [IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM ANTENNA AMP.: REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ]. Is the inspection result normal?	GO TO 2	Reinstall immobilizer system antenna amp. correctly.
2	CHECK IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM IGNITION KEY ID CHIP Start engine with another registered immobilizer system ignition key. Does the engine start?	Ignition key ID chip is malfunctioning. Replace the ignition key. Perform initialization with SDT. For initialization, refer to SDT Operation Manual.	GO TO 3
3	CHECK POWER SUPPLY FOR IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM ANTENNA AMP. Turn ignition switch ON. Check voltage between immobilizer system antenna amp. connector M21 terminal 1 and ground. 1 - Ground: Battery voltage Is the inspection result normal?	GO TO 4	Repair or replace fuse or harness. NOTE: If harness is OK, replace BCM [BCM (BODY CONTROL MODULE): REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ]. Perform initialization with SDT. For initialization, refer to SDT Operation Manual.
4	CHECK IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM ANTENNA AMP. GROUND LINE CIRCUIT Turn ignition switch OFF. Disconnect immobilizer system antenna amp. connector. Check continuity between immobilizer system antenna amp. connector M21 terminal 3 and ground. 3 - Ground: Continuity should exist. Is the inspection result normal?	GO TO 5	Repair or replace harness. NOTE: If harness is OK, replace BCM [BCM (BODY CONTROL MODULE): REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ]. Perform initialization with SDT. For initialization, refer to SDT Operation Manual.
5	CHECK IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM ANTENNA AMP. SIGNAL LINE-1 Connect immobilizer system antenna amp. connector. Turn ignition switch ON. Check voltage between immobilizer system antenna amp. connector M21 terminal 2 and ground with analog tester. Is the inspection result normal?	GO TO 6	Repair or replace harness. NOTE: If harness is OK, replace BCM [BCM (BODY CONTROL MODULE): REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ]. Perform initialization with SDT. For initialization, refer to SDT Operation Manual.
6	CHECK IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM ANTENNA AMP. SIGNAL LINE-2 Check voltage between immobilizer system antenna amp. connector M21 terminal 4 and ground with analog tester. Is the inspection result normal?	Immobilizer system antenna amp. is malfunctioning.	Repair or replace harness. NOTE: If harness is OK, replace BCM, refer to [BCM (BODY CONTROL MODULE): REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ]. Perform initialization with SDT. For initialization, refer to SDT Operation Manual.
