Diagnosis Procedure

DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE CHART

Step Action YES NO
1  COMBINATION SWITCH INSPECTION 
Check the combination switch. Refer to [COMBINATION SWITCH CIRCUIT CHECK ]
Is the combination switch normal? 		 GO TO 2 Repair or replace the malfunctioning part.
2  CHECK FRONT FOG LAMP REQUEST SIGNAL INPUT 
SDT data list
  1. Select "FR FOG REQ" of IPDM E/R data list item.
  2. With operating the combination switch (lighting and turn signal switch), check the monitor status.

Is the monitor item status normal? 		 GO TO 3 Replace BCM. Refer to [BCM (BODY CONTROL MODULE): REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ]
3  FRONT FOG LAMP CIRCUIT INSPECTION 
Check the front fog lamp circuit. Refer to [FRONT FOG LAMP CIRCUIT CHECK ].
Is the front fog lamp circuit normal? 		 Replace IPDM E/R. Refer to [IPDM E/R (INTELLIGENT POWER DISTRIBUTION MODULE ENGINE ROOM): REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ] Repair or replace the malfunctioning part.
