Rear Disc Brake Caliper Removal and Installation: Notes

CAUTION:

Do not allow brake fluid to get on painted surfaces. Painted surfaces will be damaged by brake fluid, flush it with water immediately if any fluid is spilled.
During removal, be careful not to damage brake flexible hose, parking brake cable and not to depress brake pedal.
Do not reuse brake flexible hose washers.
Otherwise, brake fluid may leak.

NOTE: When pads are removed, visually inspect caliper for brake fluid leak. Correct leaky point, if any.
