DTC Confirmation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Connect scan tool to DLC with ignition switch OFF.
  2. Clear DTCs in TCM and ECM memories by using scan tool.
  3. Turn ignition switch ON.
  4. Depress accelerator pedal fully and keep it for 10 seconds.
  5. Release accelerator pedal and start engine.
  6. Run engine at idle for 20 seconds.
  7. Check DTC, pending DTC and freeze frame data.
