Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) Switch Removal and Installation: Installation

- Instal CPP switch (2) to pedal bracket.
- With clutch pedal (1) fully depressed, adjust switch position so that clearance between end of thread and clutch pedal bracket is within specification.
Clearance between end of thread and clutch pedal bracket
"a": 1.8 mm (0.07 in.)
- Tighten lock nut (3) to specified torque.
Tightening torque
CPP switch lock nut (a): 7.5 N.m (0.75 kg-m, 5.5 lb-ft)
- Connect connector to CPP switch (2) securely.
