Installation (80A/105A)

  1. Install belt to water pump pulley, crankshaft pulley and generator pulley. Install P/S pump drive belt.
  2. Adjust belt tension. See SPECIFICATIONS & DRIVE BELT ROUTING article in ENGINES.
  3. Tighten adjusting bolt and pivot bolt.
  4. Connect negative cable at battery.
