Centering Contact Coil

NOTE:
New contact coil assemblies are supplied pre-centered.
Ensure front wheels are in straight ahead position and that ignition switch is in LOCK position. Turn contact counterclockwise with a light force until clockspring will not turn any further. Turn contact coil clockwise about 2 1/2 turns until alignment marks are lined up. See Fig 1. Contact coil is now centered.
