Code Enable Criteria

Following conditions must be met for DTC diagnostic test to run:

Engine running.
Output voltage is not equal to 5 volts when output is on.
Output voltage is not equal to zero volts when output is off.
20 test failures have occurred within 40 samples of continuous circuit monitoring.
