DTC P0141: Heated Oxygen Sensor No. 2 - Heater Circuit Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when Engine Control Module (ECM) detects Heated Oxygen Sensor No. 2 (HO2S-2) heater voltage input is more or less than predetermined. Possible causes are:
- ECM malfunction.
- HO2S-2 malfunction.
- HO2S-2 heater circuit malfunction.
