Code Enable Criteria

Following conditions must be met for DTC diagnostic test to run:

No related DTCs.
Engine coolant temperature is above 140°F (60°C).
Engine is operating in closed loop.
Engine has been running for at least 90 seconds.
Engine speed is between 1500 and 3000 RPM.
Canister purge duty cycle is 2 percent or more.
Mass air flow is between 18 and 42 grams/sec.
All above conditions are met for 3 seconds.
Ninety seconds after closed loop has been enabled, Bank 1 HO2S No. 1 average transition time between 300 and 600 millivolts is too slow. Lean-to-rich average transition responses time was longer than 94 milliseconds or rich-to-lean average transition response time was longer than 105 milliseconds.
