Removal (Vitara)

- Disconnect negative cable at battery.
- Drain cooling system.
- Disconnect accelerator cable and/or A/T throttle cable from throttle body.
- Remove air cleaner outlet hose.
- Disconnect electric coupler from TP sensor (1) and IAC valve (2). See Figure .
- Disconnect coolant hoses (3) from throttle body. See Figure .
- Remove throttle body from intake manifold.
