Removal (Aerio)

- Disconnect negative cable at battery.
- Drain cooling system.
- Disconnect accelerator cable from throttle valve lever.
- Remove engine cover. See ENGINE COVER .
- Remove air cleaner outlet hose (2). See Figure .
- Disconnect couplers of TP sensor (2) and MAF sensor (1).
- Disconnect coolant hoses (3) and breather hose (4) from throttle body. See Figure .
- Remove throttle body from intake manifold.
