Removal (Eclipse, Galant, Lancer & Outlander)

Remove air cleaner assembly. See Figure, Figure or Figure . Remove accelerator cable. See Figure, Figure, Figure or Figure . Disconnect throttle position sensor connector and idle air control motor connector. Remove idle air control motor. To install, reverse removal procedure.
