Removal (Eclipse 3.0L & Galant 3.0L)

- Relieve fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . Remove intake manifold plenum. See INTAKE MANIFOLD PLENUM under AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS.
- Disconnect fuel injector connectors. See Fig 1. Disconnect high-pressure fuel hose and remove "O" ring. Disconnect fuel return hose. Disconnect vacuum hose. Remove fuel pressure regulator and "O" ring. Remove fuel rail and insulators. Remove injectors, "O" ring and grommets.
