Installation (Montero)

NOTE: Poor idling may result if throttle body gasket is installed incorrectly.

When installing throttle body, install NEW throttle body gasket and ensure gasket is oriented correctly. See Fig 1. Tighten fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Fill and bleed cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING under COOLING SYSTEM.
