Removal (Montero)

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 7 other vehicles, including the 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander, 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Sport, 2003 Mitsubishi Montero, 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer, and 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. Remove intake manifold plenum. See INTAKE MANIFOLD PLENUM . Remove intake manifold tuning valve assembly. See INTAKE MANIFOLD TUNING VALVE ASSEMBLY .
Disconnect fuel high-pressure hose and "O" ring. See Fig 1. Remove fuel pressure regulator and "O" ring. Disconnect injector connector. Remove fuel rail (with injectors). Remove insulators. Disconnect water hose. Remove intake manifold and intake manifold gasket.
