Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) should always be illuminated steady whenever ignition is turned to ON, engine not running position. Ignition voltage is supplied to MIL indicator bulb through the C-10 METER GAUGE fuse located in dash fuse box. PCM illuminates MIL by grounding the MIL driver.
