Removal & Installation (Esteem 1.6L & Vitara)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect TP sensor harness connector. Remove TP sensor retaining screws. Remove TP sensor from throttle body. To install, place TP sensor onto throttle body so that sensor mounting holes are slightly counterclockwise from screw holes in throttle body. Turn TP sensor clockwise until mounting holes align with screw holes in throttle body. Install TP sensor retaining screws and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
