Removal & Installation (Aerio, Esteem 1.8L & Grand Vitara 2.5L)

To avoid damaging Mass Air Flow (MAF) DO NOT separate MAF sensor from throttle body. If MAF sensor need replacement, throttle body with MAF sensor must be replaced as a unit. Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect MAF sensor harness connector. Remove throttle body. See THROTTLE BODY & INTAKE COLLECTOR under FUEL SYSTEM. To install, reverse removal procedure.
