Removal & Installation (Vitara 2.0L & XL-7)

Disconnect battery negative cable at battery. Disconnect Idle Air Control (IAC) valve harness connector. Remove IAC valve from intake manifold. To install, use new "O" ring and install IAC valve to throttle body. Tighten screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect IAC valve connector securely and connect negative cable to battery.
