DTC P0141: Heated Oxygen Sensor No. 2 - Heater Circuit Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when Engine Control Module (ECM) detects Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) No. 2 heater voltage input is more or less than predetermined. Possible causes are:
- HO2S No. 2 malfunction.
- HO2S No. 2 heater circuit malfunction.
- ECM malfunction.
