Instrument Panel Removal and Installation: Installation

Install instrument panel by reversing removal procedure, noting the following items.

When installing each part, be careful not to catch any cable or wiring harness.
Tighten instrument panel bolt to specified torque.
Tightening torque

Instrument panel bolt: 23 N.m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 lb-ft)
When installing steering column assembly, refer to STEERING COLUMN REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Adjust control cables. Refer to HEATER CONTROL CABLES REMOVAL AND INSTALLATIO .
Enable air bag system. Refer to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
