Evaporator (Cooling Unit) Removal and Installation: Installation

  1. Reverse removal sequence to install evaporator.
  2. Adjust fresh air control cable, refer to HEATER CONTROL LEVER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Enable air bag system. Refer to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
  4. Evacuate and charge system according to Operation Procedure for Charging A/C with Refrigerant  .
