A/T Throttle Cable Adjustment: Adjustment

  1. Adjust installing position of A/T throttle cable (1) by turning cable adjusting nut (2) so that distance "c" between marker (4) and edge of outer cable is in specified value.

    A/T throttle cable adjustment clearance (inner cable position) 

    "c": 0.8 - 1.5 mm (0.03 - 0.06 in.) 

  2. Tighten lock nut (3) to specified torque,

    Tightening torque 

    A/T throttle cable lock nut (a): 13 N.m (1.3 kg-m, 9.5 lb-ft)
