ABS Actuator (EBCM and BPMV) Assembly Removal and Installation: Installation

Install ABS actuator (EBCM and BPMV) assembly by reversing removal procedure.

Torque bolt and nut to specified torque.
Tightening torque

Brake pipe flare nut (a): 16 N.m (1.6 kg-m, 12.0 lb-ft)

ABS actuator assembly bolt (b): 23 N.m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 lb-ft)

ABS actuator assembly bracket bolt (c): 10 N.m (1.0 kg-m, 7.5 lb-ft)

Bleed air from brake system referring to "AIR BLEEDING: ".
Check each installed part for fluid leakage and perform ABS actuator (EBCM and BPMV) assembly operation check.
