Diagnostic Trouble Codes Detecting Condition

- DTC C1217 can only be set with ignition key in the ON position, pump motor is off, and EBCM detected a short to ground on pump motor circuit.
- DTC C1242 can only be set with ignition key in the ON position, pump motor is off, and EBCM detected high resistance or an open circuit motor.
