Typical causes of DTC C1214.

Weak or discharged battery.
Loose or corroded battery terminals.
Engine block ground from battery poor.
Poor or loose ABS fuse contacts.
Poor EBCM terminals "E136-15", "E136-1", "E136-2" and "E136-4".
Low voltage to EBCM terminals "E136-1" and/or "E136-2".
Internal EBCM failure.
