Typical causes of DTC C1214.
- Weak or discharged battery.
- Loose or corroded battery terminals.
- Engine block ground from battery poor.
- Poor or loose ABS fuse contacts.
- Poor EBCM terminals "E136-15", "E136-1", "E136-2" and "E136-4".
- Low voltage to EBCM terminals "E136-1" and/or "E136-2".
- Internal EBCM failure.
