DTC P0445: EVAP Circuit, Purge Control Valve Circuit Shorted: Condition

DTC P0445 is set when EVAP canister purge valve output signal is too high. MIL is illuminated when ECM (PCM) detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles. Possible causes are:

EVAP canister malfunction.
EVAP canister circuit malfunction.
ECM (PCM) malfunction.
